Duschen ist kein Heavy Metal

ahhh, Rock im Park. The trials, tribulations and great bands.

Shame that all the stages were so far apart, shame that we had to be searched by security every time we went to another stage, shame we missed Kaiser Chiefs because we didn't have our tickets with us, even though we already had our wrist bands, shame that there were so many incredibly drunk and rude people.

But the bands made it all worth it!

And also the company... thanks for Alex, Ranin and Graham for making the treck from Baden Wurttenburg, thanks to Robin for driving us down to Nuernberg and back, and thanks to Katherine and Delia for agreeing to come with us and share in the ROCK.

Now for some photos

>>Franz Ferdinand was tight as usual, lots of fun

>>Placebo

>>While Tool was playing, it was raining and very cold (hence the 4 layers plus raincoat). It was worth it though, they put on a great show for all the senses.

>>Graham by candlelight

>> Delia, Katho and Luke pose during the Jason Mraz set. He's really cool, if you get a chance, have a listen to his stuff.

>>Luke in Rannin's cool beanie

>> I think rannin looks better in it, sorry Luke!

>> It was cold, so we kept ourselves warm by wearing layers and layers of clothes, beanies and drinking nice cool beer.

>>Alex and Rannin at Jamiroquai. That was so much fun- had a nice good dance!

>> Luke and I

>>Oh man, they just wrecked the place! Here is displayed the burning wreckage of a tent. The offenders were taken off by the police. Seriously though, this was clean compared to the parking area which was just like a hell hole.
